I just fasted 20+ hours today (just water and black coffee) and then ate low carb but not keto: had a chicken breast, avocado, tomato and cheese slice. I am hoping to fast up to 36 hours but need to work up to it. I need to lose 30+ pounds. Who has had success with OMAD?
