It is totally up to you. Some days I workout better when I eat before and other days, I don't. Try it out and see what works best :)

Thanks for all the suggestions. I do have melatonin and the dosage I bough is one pill for 5mg. But, I am just scared to take it because I don't want my body to become dependent on it.

Yes, I am eating enough. I eat around 2000 calories per day. 5'3" and 130 lbs.

Yes, that is the same with me. It is supposed to cause diarrhea for most patients, but it is actually backing me up.

I have been taking it for 2-3 days. I take it every 6 hours.

Ignore the last post, there is no such thing as "bad" food. There is food that has more nutrition in it. BUT THERE is room for it all in your diet!

5'3" Current Weight- 124.6 lbs. Eating: 1800-2200 calories per day to maintain.

I personally only count water as my water intake or water with crystal light, everything else is just another beverage! :)
