Fitbit problem
Hi, I log my exercise calories in MFP, I have my Fitbit synced to MFP, but when I try to overright the calories burned and the time (for more accurate numbers- based off of my heart rate), on the MFP app, it then adds that ON TOP of the Fitbit calories- showing that I've burned double what I have. Fitbit and MFP
I am having a problem with my Fitbit zip and syncing with MFP. It has always worked until today and it's over-calculated, my calories. I am tried to disconnect and reconnect, etc. but I am still stuck. Do you have any suggestions?

Very upset!
Hi! I don't know what is happening and I have over eaten some, but I have gained 5-7 lbs. in just five days. My weight has gone from 125.6 to 132.2. My period does start in about a week, could this affect it that much? I'm getting very discouraged and wanting to cry.
