I have not been able to make this work @SFJULES66. It's hard to explain but it kept messing up my numbers for some reason so I've only logged my weight on MFP and it syncs to my fitbit. Thank you. Then I'm going to leave it alone and only log my weight into MFP.

Question: Can I log my weight into the Fitbit website without it affecting myfitness pal? I know you need an Aria scale to have them sync, but I want to make sure that I won't mess anything up by logging my weight into Fitbit separately. Thanks!

I'm interested in buying one. Are they expensive, and do you pay more to join a virtual class? Thanks for the feedback!

I binged a lot in high school and some in college. I had the all-or-nothing mentality and saw food as either good or bad. Then I saw myself as good or bad, depending upon what I ate. My relationship with food is so much healthier now that I understand it's all just energy (calories) and different foods simply have more…

I'm 52, and although I'd like to set my goal at 146, I'm worried about my face looking gaunt and old. I'm shooting for 148 and keeping my fingers crossed.

It's day 24 and I just re-adjusted my calorie goal because it may have been too low. I was doing 1200/day. I'm 5'8" and have 10 lbs to lose, lightly active and workout 2x/week. It's been brought up to 1430. I hope I will still lose.

Me too! Loving Bengal Spice w/ Truvia and a splash of almond milk

Use a pressure cooker or an Instapot.

Kirkland organic nonfat Greek yogurt is my favorite. I won't buy any other brand now that I've had it.

It's great to add a scoop to a smoothie to get a protein boost. It keeps me full longer, too. I like Tera's Whey, but it's pricey.
-
Love that. Thank you for the insight. I'm going to copy and paste that into my personal notes so I can refer back to it.
-
Wow, that's phenomenal! Congratulations!!!

Thankful for this group. I'm staying within my calorie range but this is going slow. 3.3 lbs since Jan 2? Is this normal?

I'm learning to plan for it, eat it, and count it. I was watching a cooking show and it made me want Starbuck's banana bread SO BAD. So the next morning I got it for breakfast. It was a lot of calories but I enjoyed it and planned accordingly for the rest of my day. Also, I drink a lot of hot tea to get me through tough…
