Hey, I'm sorry I didn't see this until now. Great! I did version 1 and I loved it. The others really aren't any more challenging (but are plenty challenging!) so don't worry about going up to the next versions. I'm on day 39 of version 4.0 after doing 1 and 2 and not doing 3. How's your day 12?

You are doing fantastic. I love that you've updated every few months and been real about your stall and adjustments. Good on you!

I love ALL of these great NSVs! I don't know that I'll ever wear a bikini in public (or want to - "thanks four pregnancies!") but this morning I put on a skirt that I've been wearing all summer with the zipper down 2" - and they zipped to the top! It's snug, and still a 12, but I'm back in a 12 baby! Wait, I just checked.…

You are wearing size TWO leggings? Well, that's awesome, and a little intimidating. lol!

I can run up my stairs without puffing like a winded - something - at the top.
-
Now that is a crazy good accomplishment!

You DO deserve a medal. Or an apple and peanut butter :)

That's a really good idea. I don't measure currently because I'm embarrassed about the numbers, but I don't measure, I won't see changes. Thanks for the tip.

I am so pleased for your elliptical victory! I once did 30 minutes on a stairmaster. If I tried that today, I might die.
-
I love this! I have a dress hanging up that I want to get back into - from 2006. I'll get there, just like you.

I said NO to a doughnut with my little son. He wanted one and had been very good at the grocery store, so I indulged him (he only eats about 1/4 of it anyhow) and I skipped getting one for me. I even tossed the rest of his in the trash and didn't bother a nibble.

How wonderful! You look great! Can totally tell you've lost a bunch of weight. 30 lbs is huge!!

Some days (or weeks even) are really hard. Hard to say no to anything. Hungry days. But the past two days have been surprisingly easy. I've said no to ice cream and slushies and cake and even bread with dinner and a big potato. Thank heavens for easy days. Hard days will come back for sure.
-
I said no to the chicken pillows I made for my kids for dinner (chicken, cream cheese and spices wrapped in dough and baked) and yes to just the chicken, broccoli and a little mexican bean salad.

I'm 5' 5" and 170ish right now and want to get down to 150ish. Started months ago at 184, got stuck at 176, but have come down over the last month +. I do a 20 minute strength or cardio 6 days a week and try to get in a short walk each day. Slow but steady!

Hi Julie. So sorry to hear about your Mom, but really glad to see that during this hard time you're determined to take control and have a big, fun trip to look forward to. Good for you! I'm out in the wild west of the US - in Las Vegas. I'm 45 and a mom of 5. It's so much harder to lose the weight at 45 than I did at 30,…

That is a really big deal. That first bite may be almost nothing, but it can lead to over-doing it so fast. Good for you!
-
I said no to tortilla chips with the nachos I made for dinner with family and friends, but yes to all the yummy stuff in between.
-
I said NO all day to bad stuff, and then went to the church picnic tonight and ate everything. Ugh.
-
I said NO to eating all the ice cream when I was stressed. I stuck with 1/4 c and put it back.
-
That's the most important NO there is!
-
I said NO to the cinnamon roll they were handing out us teachers at church as a thank you. Well, I took it to be polite, but I said no to eating it :)
-
I said no to everything this morning! My daughter's birthday is today and I'm going to make room for a small slice of cake this afternoon :) Lots of water though.
-
Why are you getting almost all of your nutrition from KetoChow? If this isn't Dr. recommended, I'd stop all that! You definitely shouldn't have these side effects. Go see your doc and eat more calories. And don't you tell me "no," I'm a momma! (Just worried about you)

I said NO to my daughter's birthday breakfast that I made for her and her friend. Mickey pancakes, jam, whipped cream, sausages, chocolate milk. It's her birthday after all. I did have a little bite of each thing, then made myself eggs and veggies.
-
Did you really?! My husband and I like to shout "demons be gone!" from Shallow Hal. That would be good to shout at food too.
-
I said no to the salted caramel ice cream just sitting in the door of the freezer. I looked at it for a few seconds, but resisted.

That really bothers me too. We had a storm last week and were without power for 2 days, so I lost my streak. Bummer.
