Monday to Friday I find its easier to maintain at 2,000 and below with the routine of work. Saturday and Sunday I wouldn't maintain but wouldn't binge either. Plenty of water and sip on black coffee. But mainly its about getting your mind right, everything is about your mind-set. If you can do it for 5 days you can do it for 7 days.
