Look, daily suggested intake for a woman = 2000 for a man =2500 As long as you are eating below these and exercising a bit (recommended 3 times a week) you will lose weight. Any medical profession will tell you to stay above 1200 cal. After that what does it really matter :)

While on your bike why don't you try standing under as well as sitting down and also doing some jumps (where you stand up and sit down straight away, repeatedly over and over). Oh yes lol I'm not saying a little treat is bad. I meant in general, if you're calorie intake is low but your total fat/sugar is through the roof, it's not good.
