Reduce BFP help
Hello all. I'm about halfway through my weightless journey and almost at the 4st lost mark. I have found that my BFP isn't reducing though and was looking for advice on how I might go about this. Thanks in advance

Who eats back exercise calories and who doesn't?
just curious at the ratios. I personally don't eat back exercise calories. It seems very backwards to me as the idea of working out is too increase the calorie deficit so you lose weight more, but eating back those calories is basically the equivalent of not having worked out. Anyone else?

Breakfast...
lunches I normally have soup or salad and dinners I turn to Pinterest for great low calorie meal ideas. But breakfasts I struggle with and usually resort to toast which makes me feel heavy all morning. I like the idea of using yoghurt somehow but have no idea how. Any suggestions?
