My everyday bras are always Freya, and I bought a Freya sports bra that you can clip in the back. I find when I run with it, the shoulder straps dig in on my traps. I have since got a Shock Absorber, LOVE IT! When I jump, my belly shakes more than my chest does.

I would think that it gives you an increased calorie burn because you are more actively engaging your arms than you would if you were walking without a stick. It takes more effort, thus burning more calories.

I love my Freya bras! For everyday, and I have a sports bra by Freya too. Cost about $75, so worth it! I'm 5'8" and weigh 164. I started at 203. Goal of 135-140 I think, but I haven't been that small since I was a teenager, so I'll see how I look/feel as I get close. I want to pay more attention to my body fat, I'd like to get to 22-23% Clothes, I got a big as a 16, right now my smallest pants are 12s, but they're too big.

I went out to dinner with a friend. We shared a Tuscan Heart shaped pizza and Crispy Chicken Salad at Boston Pizza. Mmm so many calories for dinner. But I drank 3 big glasses of water with dinner, no empty pop calories!

I bought myself new running shoes when they were on sale, but put them away until I get to my "normal" BMW range... 5 more lbs to go!

I love doing this, and also adding in some fruit. I pack my yogurt and frozen fruit in the morning, and leave it out of the fridge so that by the time I'm eating it, the fruit has melted. I also picked up Kelloggs' protein cereal to top it with.
