  • You are doing great!! Awesome job on 8lbs down :-) That is such a great start! Just make sure you're not feeling hungry, are getting as close to the target calories each day and they are clean & healthy calories while also hitting the protein, fat and carbs goals too.
  • Good for you girl! Just stay consistent-- always remember your goals. I created a dream board with pics of my "why" things like a bikini, healthy living quotes and motivational quotes...so whenever I'm talking myself out of working out or eating right I'll take a glance at it. You've got this!!
  • I am a health & fitness coach, I run clean eating challenge groups every couple of months. Here is one of the meal plans I've used in the past.   • Don't stress out about plateaus. They happen for some people, it's normal...it's your body doing it's job and regulating your metabolism based on what you provide it. Just stay consistent, keep track of your measurements and how you feel in your clothes. The scale is not always the best teller of your diet/fitness efforts.…

  • 5' 5" SW: 140 CW: 133 GW: 120 It's just a goal though, I am more concerned with how I look, feel and how my clothes fit. So if I feel confident and happy with 125---I'll adjust my goals accordingly. I try not to rely to heavily on just the scales numbers.
