Go on and Add me!! I always love hearing/seeing people reach their goals!!!!
-
I don't have a foot fetish...so my answer is no x)
-
Honestly there isn't a magic number...it's all based on what you train for
-
Feel free to add me..powerlifting friends wanted!
-
Add me (: I have an adequate back round in fitness so I would love to help if I can
-
Well switch from soda to sparkling flavored water...lots of flavors and is calorie free
-
But you can arrange fats and carbs as preferred. Just at least 20% fats or more if you prefer fats like me over carbs
-
Yeah I'm actually on that split right now or the basic 40p-40c-20f is a good guideline
-
Then I would Suggest a lean bulk!
-
Being young looking from the picture I would always suggest bulk first to take advantage of all the size you can make as necessary... But it's all preference. Personally me I like looking lean year round so If it were me I would cut first. Also you look skinny fat so I'm sure you can make progress relatively quick
-
Well if you eat 2350 you would be at maintenance and would be a great place to start if you are new so I would suggest you eat ate your TDEE and because you are new to the scene of lifting lean mass is going to come your way no matter what if you train right and eat adequate protein along with the other macros. And if you…
-
Yes! But also account for the calories you burn lifting and doing cardiovascular activities...definitely need to boost it up friend.
-
Well when it asked did you say your goal was to lose a pound a week? Under weekly goals
-
Also remember most people play around with their macros so keep your deficit going and manipulate to your comfortability(:
-
Well there is no way to just lose belly fat only because you can't spot reduce. Stay in a deficit but start relatively small you don't need to jump on a 500 cal deficit. Start with 200 and see how the scale is working with you. If you aren't happy another hundred remember if you can loose more weight and still haves more…

Pretty much he isn't even a nutritionist just speaking out of term in fields he has no say in
-
Try mixing the 2 or at least another into the mix because it isn't the best tasting.the great thing is they are low in calories and only about 8 net carbs
-
Gluten free
-
I like this one particularly its 14 grams of fiber and if you mix it with the chocolate 80 cal one that has 9 grams of fiber boom you got 23 grams right there and it definitely holds me down til my next meal
-
I would focus on progressive overload and implement a 5x5 for strength also to focus a little more on your diet which is key .
-
If you need anymore help don't hesitate to add and message me (:
-
The great thing is that you are new so you can make progress cutting or bulking! I would say you find your maintenance and set up your macros from there
-
Restricting anything from our diet can suck but remember to tell yourself can you benefit from going or will it set you back? Also don't be afraid to go and enjoy Starbucks every once in a while because if your in this for the long run, then one little visit here and there will be okay just always focus on progress
-
Have you tried sparkling ice it taste like soda
-
I definitely have a pocket full of knowledge and would be glad to help
-
I'd be glad to help out a fellow mfp user any day...I'm cutting weight myself to for an upcoming powerlifting meet(:
-
Press the + sign then the button should be to the right of the food symbol
-
actually it is with newbies. usually when they are pretty light weight, say a 120 pound skinny dude looks on bodybuilding.com or some magazine they would say at least 1gram per pound and they would follow that rule...the case for a 300 pound dude might be different
-
If your diet hits your goal and you feel comfortable then keep on keeping on
-
Personally for me, I.F didn't help me lose weight so much as a standard caloric deficit with is key, but it helped controlling my appetite which was extremely important which later helped even when I jumped of I.f
