Really Hope This Can Motivate Me.

Been trying to eat healty and get in shape for a long time now, I find it so hard to keep with it more than a few days. Really hoping that by tracking my calorie intake I can cut down how much I eat! And advice on killing the urge to eat snacks and drink fizzy drinks would be greatly appreciated.

    Well switch from soda to sparkling flavored water...lots of flavors and is calorie free
  • Thanks I will defo try that, can't believe how many calories are in a can of fizzy juice
