shrimp, a little butter, garlic and lemon. I eat it over zucchini "noodles" or spaghetti squash, but would work with pasta as well. Easy peasy :)

Been there...done that...got the T-shirt (a 4XL at one point!) Nothing clicked for me until I finally decided to look inside and decide that I was important and that no one could love me if I didn't love myself first. Is it a struggle? For sure. Do I fall? You bet. I lost from 335 pounds down to 200 and gained back 30 0ver…

Feel free to add me. I lost 135 pounds 2 years ago...gained back 30 of them this year :( I still would like to lose 100 to get to my goal. Anyone can add me...I need some help with accountability! I am having trouble logging consistently! I will get to goal this time :)

I preplan...especially on days I have to work. I work 12 hour night shifts so I plan out everything, including snacks so I can see where I am for the day. Then I don't go over so I wont have to go back in and change anything! Usually what happens is that I dont eat everything I plan, but I dont usually change that since it…

My goal is also to lose 100 pounds. Please everyone add me...let's encourage each other along!

I love it "riced". The easiest way I have found to get it to the right consistency is to chop it coarsely and toss it in my Ninja ( I imagine any blender would work) and cover it with water. Pulse it until it is all chopped into small rice sized bits. Pour it through a colander to drain and there you have it. Easy Peasy :)…

I think you can be healthy for awhile. It will catch up to you though. It puts you at such a higher risk for so many things.

Mine is all over the place. I work 12 hour night shifts Friday-Sunday and go to school during the day on weekdays. My schedule is constantly flipping around so I eat at all times of the day. I find that smaller meals spread around whenever works for me. I just stay within my calories for that 24 hour period of time.

I am just starting again and would love more friends for some mutual support! Feel free to add me :)

welcome back :) Making that renewed commitment and admitting shortcomings is the hardest part. I lost quite a bit of weight a couple of years ago and let work and grad school de-rail me. I dont blame the circumstances...only myself for allowing it to happen. I got too comfortable and allowed bad habits back in. The result?…

Welcome back! I also lost quite a bit of weight a couple of years ago. Now I have let work and grad school detract me....plus I stopped going to the gym and started way too much stress snacking! I gained back 30 pounds over the last year :( Now here I am starting over...and I would love to lose about 100 pounds. Please…

It is hard for sure! I was doing really good last year, but I let work and school take over and I quit exercising and stopped tracking what I was eating. I gained 30 pounds...ugh! So here I am re-commiting today :) This is a great place for mutual support. Feel free to add me if you like.

Good for you :) I am starting today as well. Feel free to add me if you like
