Hello I'm Patrick Bowers. 6'3" and currently weight 236 lbs. I look overweight but charts and numbers consider me obese. At any rate, I need to lose fat weight. It's unhealthy and it looks ugly. I'm super self conscious and have body image issues so I'm taking this seriously. All I need is positive motivation even when I fall off the wagon and friends that will continue to support. Of course I will return the positivity and words of encouragement and I make a loyal friend. Let's make this journey!

Hello Patrick Bowers. BMI can be skewed. Did you realize athletes with little body fat can be considered overweight. So pick realistic goals, lift heavy weights and a little cardio. You will reach your goals in no time. This is easy.0
