Energy Balance(caloreis in and calories out) is the key. But it really depends were those calories are coming from? (protein,carbs,fats) And plus there is really nothing magical about the foods we eat we just eat too much of it, literally too much.

Is fasted training in bold letters? it seems like people are hating on that too. But then again i like to be training fasted anyways. Just like intermittent fasting people are just not used to it, but then again i got a good results from it.

Yes tracking macros is counting calorie. I just dont use that word. And correction I'm not doing just hiit cardio I'm doing fasted weight training and just minimal cardio.

People are still in the notion of counting calories because we are bombarded by the media that to loose weight you have to watch and count your calories.
