I've had four children my stomach can be a little saggy but I rein back the Calories (donuts)and it's nice and tight once I drop the body fat again.
-
Get in the squat rack and put a much heavier bar on your back do four rounds of 12/15 reps I'm 4.10 weigh a fair bit less than you and squat 60kg. Building the glutes is hard but you also want nice hamstrings and quads barbell glute bridges, dumb bell or bar bell lunges , dumb bell Bulgarian split squats, leg extension,…

A lb of muscle actually weighs exactly the same as a lb of fat however muscle is dence so takes up less space that fat.
-
Calorie deficit will get rid of the gut/fat

Meal 1 at 5am steak and veg or salmon and veg I hit the weights at 6am
-
I do them also do single leg curl

Oh and with pure gym your entitled to multiple excess to their gyms nationwide. Other uk based buget gyms are excercise4less and the gym group all under £20 a month I'd still look for an independent owned body building gym though as they truly are the best ones around.
-
Budget gyms are OK pure gym being of very high standard in the way of cleanliness. Better than David Lloyd I kid you not. But independent bodybuilding gyms are far more friendly and often quite cheap with awesome equipment
-
Epsom salt bath soak for at least 20 minutes
-
Bulgarian spilt squats, barbell hip thrust, tension squat, lying leg curl, curtsy lunges to name a few
-
Try start fitness online Nike dri fit or adidas climacool are the best for wicking the sweat away they do other brands to lots of choice and reduced in price as last seasons colours

Be very proud of what you've accomplished already. Remember it took nine months to nourish and grow your little girl weight gain is expected in that duration so don't worry it takes time for some of us to get our bodies back to how they once were. Well done so far keep going slow and steady you'll get there

Please go and see somebody like I said in previous post. Do not do exercises that have been designed for gerneric use. You need someone to physically see your individual needs this could do more harm than good and injure you further. The way you've originally described the crushing in on one side of the foot was me I'm now…

Sounds like a imbalance in your posture . I also roll like you describe when doing the same excercise. All not lost it can be fixed you need a functional movement specialist who will analyse you then will help you correct your imbalances. Sounds like your from US I'm in UK hopefully you'll be able to find someone that can…

Between 30seconds and up to 90 on some like errolm said depends on what I'm doing
-
I used to deadlift and squat in socks . Now I wear Nike bionic not suitable for wearing outside the gym floor. Just check when buying that you have a training shoe and not running ones as the insole bed is different.

I saw your post earlier and didn't reply because I wanted to say the same as I've quoted. Your coach will advise you in every aspect that's what we hire them for. Good luck and enjoy your journey.

Just dress for the weather and get out there you'll feel more refreshed out in the open air

No amount of exercise will get rid of a muffin top I know because I tried. It's all down to what you're eating and the amounts.

I go heavier than some men in the gym and I'm a tiny little lady only 4ft10. I'm now a lot leaner than my profile picture too. I squat one and a half times my body weight. Dead lift 100kg leg press 150kg. 12/15 reps 4+ sets. Go as heavy as you want with good form. Enjoy it sounds like you are.
-
I wouldn't choose either of those for many reasons first being both are far too cheap. Someone else already said it you get what you pay for and I agree. I pay twice that per session with a coach who himself practices what he preaches who has proven outstanding results with his clients. A good coach will give you…

Suffolkbliss gnc is also uk based. Don't touch Holland and Barrett they know nothing in there. Find an independent supplement shop is there a powerhouse near you? Or shop online there's loads of uk based company's that sell what you need.

A few days before your due to start eat a few squares of dark 85% chocolate daily it works

They are ok and clean open 24/7 all year round . Equipped with matrix stuff not bad for the price. Depends what you need from a gym. Me I use an old school gym love it proper equipment that suits my needs.
-
Not looked in a while but start fitness do a lot of nice bright stuff. Sports direct occasionally have more than just black leggings. Another is Next look online as they have Nike and Adidas in jazzy colours. Online shopping for gym wear I can highly recommend.

I'm smaller in height than you so totally know how tiny your hands are. I use versa gripps now as I find them easier than the cotton ones. If I forget them I've got chalk because my hands do get sweaty.

Keep going your doing great
-
I'm on 5 meals a day I eat an hour before then again straight afterwards. I weight train five times a week
-
I train hamstrings, glutes legs three times a week. Once a week would take forever to show any sort of changes. I go heavy on the weights at every session. With a Pb hit most weeks.
