Competing

Hey Everyone!
Anyone out there compete in fitness Figure and Bikini competitions that want to be friends. I am looking for some inspiration and tips on workouts, posing etc. Love to meet those with the same interests gender does not matter. Thank You :)

    Hello and welcome.
    My tip would be, only follow posing advice from your posing coach and follow your trainers work out plan. These people should be professionals and have credentials to show you. You pay a team of people for a reason, to teach you. So take their advice .

    I saw your post earlier and didn't reply because I wanted to say the same as I've quoted. Your coach will advise you in every aspect that's what we hire them for. Good luck and enjoy your journey.

    As already mentioned, you need a good trainer and you need to stick to their advice. I've competed in two bodybuilding competitions and the amount of horrible information is staggering. Your trainer/coach are going to be able to track your progress and make appropriate adjustments along the way.
