Hi! I'm looking for any exercises that you have found work for you or someone you know. I'd like a bigger, toned bum for September. :) Thank you.

Check out Brett Contreras' site and books.

Glutes hypertrophy is what he's specifically into and programmes for....

Barbell squats, lunges and hip trusts with a good squeeze of the glutes on every rep. Are a few good booty builders. Don't stop when it starts to hurt that's when the sets starts and the magic begins to happen. Depending on the start point is to how much it change you see in the time you've given.

Stiff leg deadlifts- add the round center to your booty. Cup your hand and put it on your bum, that exercise fills your hand

Kettle bell swings - really works hip thrusters and glutes. It helped me define my torso down low where the hips are. Everything where your belt sits gets work

Great exercise and it is hard! 4 sets of 20 reps and your heart is racing

I'm remembering how when I was a teen, "bubble butt" was an insult, not a goal. How fashions change, even with bodies!

I think it is a firm, round buttocks that has 'pinch me because I am sexy' written all over it. If not, I don't know.

I second barbell hip thrusts. Add some weight on that thing and feel the burn. I do them once a week.

Contreras is the man for glutes. Definitely look into his stuff.

I train hamstrings, glutes legs three times a week. Once a week would take forever to show any sort of changes. I go heavy on the weights at every session. With a Pb hit most weeks.

I train my butt more than once a week, I just do the weighted hip thrusts once a week. I lift heavy 4 times per week.
