It looks pretty, but everytime they come out with a new one, I'm afraid that they'll discontinue the Flex, which I can wear all the time - even in the shower or pool - and not even have to think about it. You would have to take the Alta off before showering, right?

I agree with this. I had "bad" food last night. It was a bite of a 100% Cacao Chocolate bar that looked like it would be a yummy candy bar, but tasted like ... just, it was gross. Bluk. Bad.

While losing weight mine were at 50/25/25 or 50/30/20 (Fat/Protein/Carbs) At maintenance I have them set at 40/30/30 I use that as a general guideline. I generally just check to see how I did at the end of the day.

Then maybe try to just stick to the calories that MFP gives you for eating at a deficit, and eat what isn't annoying but does fulfill your daily nutrition requirements?

I use the 50-30-20 at maintenance and it works well. I did 50-25-25 during my weight loss part. I have been Paleo since September 2014.

So are you saying that you have "only" lost 2-4 pounds in the 4 weeks since January 26th? That's pretty good, and sounds about right, considering your activity level. That's .5-1 pound per week, give or take some water weight.

In that it significantly reduced the amount of calories I was consuming - yes. But now if I have eaten right during the day I can afford a glass or two of wine or a cocktail or something.

We seriously need DDR to come up with new disks. Unless someone knows something different, ever since Wii U was introduced, they have discontinued DDR and I'm getting tired of the same old music (and I have all of the disks). Let's start a petition!! LOL

I use the Wii for Dance Dance Revolution, Just Dance, Zumba, etc. The controllers work with the console as you move. It's a great fun workout when you want to change things up a bit.

This sounds like a normal weight loss progression for someone who doesn't have a ton of weight to lose. And, it is hard to say in just 5 weeks that you are losing slowly.
