Just do a calorie deficit and exercise and see what happens over time

It can with excess skin but might take some time to go back to normal your skin may not be as tight as it once was

You just need to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight and some core work to get your stomach muscles back in shape next question is do you have a lit if stretch marks if that's so your stomach may never go back to normal but that's OK too

If you want to do less reps add more sets to make up for it say do 8 reps for five sets

How much did you increase your weight you cam switch the routine around. To fit your needs but you should stay between 8 to12 reps I would rest between 3-5 minutes between. Sets to get the most recovery can you ask someone to spot for you most guys or girls are more than willing to help
