I suggest you Google and possibly look into trying something called EFT Tapping. The techniques involved can be applied to anything/everything including alcohol and food issues / food problems.

Hello and welcome! Indeed there are several groups along the lines of what you are looking for. Here's a link to one of the largest groups here in MFP: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/discussions/394-low-carber-daily-forum-the-lcd-group

Totally agree. Luckily, I can take or leave PB but when the taste buds /tummy wants it, I WANTZ IT NOW precious! >:) :* <3 o:)
-
Replace the honey with 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, your sugar substitute of choice some cinnamon and a little butter = much lower carb.
-
Adams (also a line from Smucker's) is just peanuts and salt (they also offer unsalted). When it comes to powdered PB, I like TruNut. For peanut flour, Byrd Mill.
-
Sounds like you possibly had too much fiber goin' on in that recipe based on the ingredients you mentioned. lol
-
PB and (LC) J. Or sometimes use various nut butters in fat bombs too.

@Bonny132 ...appreciate the link, and according to the picture this links to, I stand by my statements above...the quark shown here is definitely way too wet (contains far too much liquid and/or moisture) to be farmer's cheese.
-
@canadjineh ...yes, Farmer's cheese is allegedly very like queso fresco or queso blanco cheese; however, from what I understand queso fresco and queso blanco both contain more moisture (this gleaned from personal observation while using them as farmer's cheese subs), and are hence, wetter, than farmer's cheese.
-
Actually Quark is NOT the same thing as Farmer's Cheese. I have no problem finding Quark locally; however, Farmer's Cheese is a different matter entirely. Farmer's Cheese, I have been unable to locate yet at all and I'd really like to get my hands on some because I have several recipes that list it as an ingredient and I'd…

My diary is open but I do eat a lot of meat.

Yep, have to agree with both Knit and Sunny. Your protein is definitely on the low side. FWIW, I'm 5' 6.5" tall and I normally eat anywhere between 100-110g of protein every day.
-
Soy in pretty much any form. Nutritional yeast. Pea protein powder.

Sometimes people new to LCHF/Keto will experience problems with their bodies adjusting to eating little to no fat to eating large quantities of it. It will take you body time to adjust so if the issue here is that your body is liking the sudden increase in healthy fats, then back off of them for a while and focus of your…

n=1 simply means that your group of scientific test subjects (n) is one person (=1), meaning you, meaning you are your own guinea pig.
