Hey, Im 25 with about 50lbs to lose tried it on here off and on for years so this time im trying to make this stick. I'm looking for people who can help me stay accountable for what I'm doing and keep me going so feel free to add me.

Quorn is really adaptable too, I love the quorn chicken pieces as there really tasty and pretty good for you. Try them in fajitas, with sauce, peppers and onions. My girlfriend is a real meat eater and pretty sceptical but she's love them too.. I think it was about 350 calories a portion (Including wraps)

Yeah me to, tried this a while ago but couldn't stick at it.. Tried too much all at once I think. Have about 50-60 to lose.... I'm at 227 (The highest i've ever been) but I want to get down to 167. So this time I'm gonna try and make small changes everyday and see how it builds :smiley:

I have a shake made with Oatmeal, Spinach, Mango, Apple, banana, Natural yogurt with Flax seed and Chia seeds. If I'm still hungry I have an oat bar.
