Could you be a little more specific? Are you looking for dinner or lunch ideas? Apart from salad and fish, there's pasta, red meat, pork, quinoa, potatoes, quiches, a million ways to prepare the chicken..

Chicken is very adaptable. Just take any meat- or fish-based recipe and replace it with chicken. Plus all the actual chicken recipes.
  • Quorn is really adaptable too, I love the quorn chicken pieces as there really tasty and pretty good for you. Try them in fajitas, with sauce, peppers and onions. My girlfriend is a real meat eater and pretty sceptical but she's love them too.. I think it was about 350 calories a portion (Including wraps)

I had a co-worker who brought in a salad the other day, which smelt amazing!

it was cucumber, cauliflour, tomato, broccoli, whatever other veg, chopped. Sliced chicken, with ranch as a dressing.

We made black bean and buffalo chili yesterday that was absolutely delicious and only 390 calories per 1.5 cups. I had only a cup and it filled me up for hours. Here's the recipe. For an added touch, zest some lime rind into sour cream and add a teaspoon or tablespoon onto the top of your chili. It adds wonderful tart flavor. http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/buffalo_black_bean_chili.html

I was in a rut last week. Did not know what to put on my shopping list? I found Dr. Oz Total 10 Protein Bowls. There are 5 of them I made all but the Mediterranean Bowl. I ran out of zucchini. They were all great. The Mexican one was a little bland. My only complaint is the instructions are very vague. They were great for lunch or dinner.
