i just got back from the gym, and im starting to feel tired again and i can feel something in my tonsil. geez this is annoying, especially the tiredness and weakness that comes along with it.

I think the stepper definitely shapes my butt, and legs. It may also make my lower back stronger. I use to love using the stepper. My old gym had it way in the corner of the gym. Thanks. Btw, I don't work out for 2 hours each day. Usually my work outs are 45-1hr. But once a week, I will work out for 2 hours, just because i like working out.

Thank you. I did a lot of squats today, and over all lower body. I also did over an hour of cardio on top of that. Breakfast was cottage cheese, lunch was eggs with veggies, and dinner was turkey sausage with peppers. Yogart for snack. I love pickle juice. lol. I don't have that though or banana at home. Maybe an apple?
