You look like such a completely different person.

That's a good idea on changing the bread. I'm staying away from dairy as it always leads to acne break outs and I have not had any since I stopped used dairy. Also how many whole eggs a day would be healthy?
-
Well I guess the thought of eating meat between meals seemed strange to me. I'll try to implement tuna though.

Well now that I changed it to low activity it went all the way down to 2150 which is basically 2350 since I burn 200 calories or more each day exercising. I'm already at 1000 right now.

Oh so exercise should not be included with the activity set? Since I have classes would it be best to set my activity to low and then include the exercise calories?
-
Yeah I think 100 calories a day sounds good. I think I'm just going to stay away from the scale and only use it once or twice a week so it doesn't play with my mind.

How about actually reading the post before making a reply? I already said I'm going to be eating over 2k calories a day, I was asking at what rate I should increase my intake before I reach it. I don't know what part of my post I said I want to keep eating 1000 calories.

The goal of MFP is 2,650 which is a hard number for me to reach every single day but I want to be at least over 2k+ calories.
-
I already said I know 1000 calories is bad and I'm trying to fix it.

Thank you and one more thing is it important to increase your calorie intake with exercise? Lets say one day I felt like burning 500 calories am I supposed to eat more than I usually do?
-
Will the calorie intake decrease as I lose weight?
-
Most of it was water weight since I was 278 but I was definitely not taking enough calories.

Sorry, I am 259 pounds right now and my activity is set to active. And thanks I'll check out the site see if it makes more sense. And yes I was eating around 1000 calories or less for 2 weeks because I did not ever feel hungry but I'm trying to change that.
