I switched to black coffee a couple years ago because the place I worked never had milk or sugar handy but had plenty free coffee. I've never looked back. I understand that eating clean is irrelevant for weight loss, but surely trying to eat unprocessed, fresh food can't be a bad thing? The food looks amazing and seems to be generally lower calorie, so allows for eating more. I eat a lot of pre packaged food personally - pizza, frozen ready meals and weight watchers chicken…

I used to eat mayonnaise from the jar with a spoon. I also used to eat around a half jar with pizza. I've had to omit mayonnaise from my diet entirely.

Hey usually I only shop Fri and sun nights at around 7 pm. Those are the dates a lot of fresh food goes out of date and it usually lasts a few days, but b wary of fish. Might be different days in us. I just spent 15 pound on about 60 pounds worth of posh shop healthy balanced meals. Stuck half of it in the freezer.

Do you think so? I think it would be great to have a food that I can munch on with some soy sauce that (I'm asuming) might feel something like eating a nice bowl of pasta. I'm always looking for very low cal snacks that satisfy.

Sorry didn't look up the noodles and was assuming they were regular egg noodles. I am buying those!

Noodles don't seem right. Are you weighing cooked weight or raw and logging as that?

I also ate wayyy over at Xmas, 4000 plus on one day, but just getting back to it today. Was on a once in a lifetime holiday, then overate more and massively because I felt bad about my previous days of over eating. Silly really.

I save my cals too. I skip breakfast as I'm often not up then mark lunch as breakfast, dinner as lunch then mark other night time eating as dinner and snacks
