I am currently 263 and trying to get back down to 190. My goal is to stay in the 190s and start weight training heavy to get the build I want. I am 3 weeks in and have been sticking to logging and making good choices with my foods. I have been slacking on exercise but I plan to change that this Monday coming up with INSANITY (hate sounding like one of those Monday people lol). I am in the Army National Guard so I keep gaining this lazy weight right after the annual PT Test (I know I am ashamed). However, this will be my 3rd time getting "FIT" but this will be my last and I welcome my new lifestyle. ADD ME! :-)
