I use Gorilla workout because I do not have weights at home.

I agree there is no way I could eat back my calories according to the charge HR. Right now it says I have burned over 800 calories and I barely over 4000 steps. That is hard to believe. At this rate I would have to consume two full meals on top of breakfast lunch and dinner.

Planning helped a lot. I did not snack as much. I also cleaned out the frig and cabinets. All junk except for a few thing for my son had to go. Now I am starting to plan meals for the week and only buy groceries for those meals. The only extras are fruits.

I guess the biggest difference is between my fitbit one and the charge hr. The difference between the two was big. With the one I was barely burning 200 calories and that was with daily walks. Lately I have been burning 600 calories with the hr and with the unusual cold weather I have not been able to take the walks. Thank…

Bending over to pick something up and not having the feeling my eyes were going to burst from their sockets.

I am having the same deal. I have been using my CHR for about month and the calories it says I burn is way above my One ever calculated. At this point I do not trust the calories burned and have thought about going back to the One. Please post anything you find out.

Just read your list and that could have been my list. This is my fourth go around on MFP and I hate the yoyo experience. I hope we can all start crossing things off the hate list.

Do not give up. I have been in the same boat with weight and depression. This is my fourth time around with MFP. Just stay strong and keep your head up.
