  • I'm not sure about my body fat percentage, although a shot in the dark is that it's pretty high! I've never done any weight lifting before so I've not got much muscle. I've downloaded the strong curves workouts, and I'll add good mornings to that! Thanks y'all
  • Thanks so much @sardelsa! I only want to lose about 10 pounds so I think I'll try to eat at maintenance but incorporate more protein while also beginning my lifting regimen. I'm not set on the 3-4 month schedule, but I think if I keep with it I should be able to see some progress by then. Strong curves sounds great!…
  • Congrats!!! That's amazing!
  • Hurray!! Keep up the great work, Jedi Master! I sense the force is strong with this one!
  • Wow, you can definitely tell the difference!!! Keep up the great work
  • Whoa. No way. Haha dang I work out 6 hours a week, no wonder I'm so goddamn hungry. I've just been eating 1,290 because that's what MFP had me set for. Thank you so much - as a compromise to gaining these new daily calories, I'm going to start prelogging and eating better foods! Thanks for writing all that out to all of…
  • Haha, ouch. It's not the time, it's the over-concern with calories. I have the time, it's just causing stress in my life.

  • 3 stone!!! Holy *kitten*! Congratulations! Keep up the great work and don't feel ashamed for working hard and attaching emotion to health! You're not just shedding weight, you're shedding years of feeling and anxiety! You have already accomplished so much and there's nothing stopping you now!!
  • I'm so proud to hear you're taking your health into your own hands!! You got this, bonita! I will be glad to add you so we can keep each other motivated!
  • You got this, girl! Let's keep each other motivated!!
  • Let's do this!!
  • Thanks for the advice, craveweights! I have gained weight, according to my scale at home. :s thanks for the encouragement masihbelum! I really appreciate it! :) I don't measure my food on a digital scale, no. I'm going to go ahead and download the weed scale app for that so I can do it on my phone! B) good advice! As far…
  • Thanks, this will be really helpful! I didn't mean to start a sugar war - this was my first post and I had no idea it was such a touchy subject! Thanks for all your input, FP community!
  • Thanks! it's definitely not an addiction, I just can't help feeling the need to fit something sugary into my diet even though I know they're empty calories. I'm on 1400 calories a day right now, and it's easily screwed over by 100 calories here or there. I think I'll go with the Peanut Butter trick or just spend more time…
