The Honest Me

Hello,
I'd prefer to stay anonymous.
Im currently trying to better myself and aiming one day to be a heavy bodybuilder.
My Background
I was never a popular kid, I got bullied hard for being fat even though I only had a little bit of extra fat on me, so it held back my self-confidence and as a result of this I was a quiet kid. I never had any hope for the future, each day went by like I was looking out the window of a moving train. I grew more accustomed to spending more time on my own and I basically stayed indoors more than I did outdoors.
My parents were worried, I went through councelling and other methods but all I wanted to do was crawl into bed and sleep and let things pass by. It got more serious during my mid teenage years, I didn't want to do anything I just wanted to be still. I kept thinking about problems in the future I may face like financial or relationship problems but the other side of me didn't see myself in the future at all. I had no hope for the future.
College came around when I was 18 and it was a new chapter in my life. A fresh start! I knew nobody from my previous years in this new environment so I took it upon myself to pick myself up out of this prolonged slump and make an effort. I tried my best to meet as many new people as possible by signing up to every society or club I could. I met a friend through my class because he was the only one of a few lads in my course. We decided to join a gym together and help each other achieve our goals.
Present
I've been going to the gym for just over a year now, mainly doing weight training and HIIT. I lost a staggering three stone in the first few months from just simply jogging every second day and I'm feeling great! I still have a bit of abdominal fat but hopefully I'll lose that soon. The best thing to date is the staff members in the gym I go to. They don't treat you like another number they actually interact with you out of their working times. I might sound a bit sad for saying this but I got all teary eyed during a workout once because one of the staff members that works in the gym came up to me on his own personal time and did a workout with me. Ive never had someone in my entire life so far do something like that for me. Like I didn't have any money to pay him, I gave him nothing for him to do that. He motivated me throughout the workout, I was physically drained, I had no energy to keep in the tears, I felt embarrassed, like I just cried in a gym! Seriously! However embarrassing it was he thought me a lesson that day. You will be pushed to your limits and you will feel overwhelmed but once you pass that hurdle, everything will become easier.
Thank you for your time
