it's mostly not a huge deal. just make sure that you get the majority of your sugar calories from fruits and veggies, as these are the best sources for sugar. ; )

my advice: chart every meal, every morsal, every day. if you go over, you go over. but you have OWNED it. good luck!

always, always, always. i've learned that if i don't, i will just give myself more excuses to "sneak" food.

i drink a cup of hot cocoa. or if it's hot outside, i make the cocoa, let it cool, put it in the blender with some ice cubes, and make a "malt". usually helps keep me in check. :)

our crew does that a lot. i find myself grazing all shift!

there's a movie called "fat, sick and nearly dead" which covers the juice diet. but i think in order for anything to work, it has to be FOR THE LONG HAUL. i thought about juicing, but i like chewing my food.

i've been straight nights for almost 8 years. some nights i think i'm still not used to it!!!

i work nights. 12 hour shifts. i have a desk job, so i'm always sitting. :/ does anyone eat to stay awake?
