I'm a UK person, but I'm living and working in Singapore at the moment - so I'm 12 hours away from US Eastern Standard Time. I'll be online most days my time which is through the US night.

I guess I'll be the first NON-medical blogger on here. lol. I work at Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort as a Night Auditor. My Resort is right in the middle of Walt Disney World in Orlando,Florida, so I can't complain about the location. I really like the large amount of responsibility that I have, being in charge of 1,149 rooms on a nightly basis. It's definitely been a process trying to not only eat right at these hours, AND get my workouts in, ON TOP of making sure I rest enough to recover my muscles. How do you make time for it all?

Whether I am working or not, I always find myself staying up through the night. It prevents me from getting off my sleep schedule, and I can keep my energy up during my afternoon workouts. Luckily I bartend/serve part time in the afternoon at Bahama Breeze here in orlando. My bartending friends are always staying up with me so my days off are always an adventure to say the least. Two jobs are tough but, "Orlando is cool, but to LIVE orlando is EXPENSIVE." lol
