Make sure the protein powder your using isn't full of sugar. I just learned that some powders are not really good for you and hinder your process. I gave my pea protein up, I'm just going to use home grown protein in my shakes. Just a thought

Went down 5 lbs this week, super stoked. BUT its hard as hell to watch my friends drink and eat after we play sports

Had a bad day today. Got home late didn't feel like cooking or working out. Back on track tomorrow.

I'm going to aim to lose two lbs a week. I feel if i keep up on the treadmill and lifts some weights i can hit this.

Feeling pretty good for a change. Starting to go down in weight. Said no to nachos last night also, big step. Hopefully I'm in the zone now

I know what you mean, takes seconds to put on but weeks to take off. I'm in the same boat, I've been on/off using mfp, but i plan on sticking with i. I'm hoping to push through my " I've had enough of this" cycle.. I know it's coming.

I did not do well in the month of August, had alot of ups and downs. I've made progress in the last two weeks, hopefully i can stay motivated. I usually hit a time were a get "bored" frustrated, and even angry, than i fall. I'll keep in touch so that doesn't happen

Just want to vent. .. why is the "bad" food have to taste so good, all I want to do is eat it. Such a distraction in life.

Hi! ! My name is Loni, I'm in Ontario, Canada. Just like most people I've struggled with my weight all my life. I have a hard time saying no to bad food that tastes so good. I would like to stay motivated and feel good and make the change that I've been craving for years.
