  • I have been at this for 21 days now, lost 3 lbs in the 1st 3 days, and nothing since. been burning more than consuming, I am assuming it is muscle that is why. cause my jeans do feel alittle better . how do your clothes feel?

  • I eat when I'm hungry and sometimes breakfast is at 2pm. when it is a work day I have dimplemeier rye bread with peanut butter.(dr oz said this is the way to go also) and it sustains me for several hours since I don't stop for lunch.   • I just want to be able to keep with the program. I usually quit after abit and I know if I stick with it I will be happier...its a simple 10lbs,and bikini ready!!
  • I know with weightwatchers they make you weigh in once a week. same time. I always weigh myself in the morning, and then if having a good day will check it at the end of the day just to see how I would normally gain throughout the day so I don't get too hard on myself..way to go with your goal in reach!!
