I am in here just to loose 10 lbs and keep if off and keep up the workout schedule! I'm 52 years old and am looking for friends that may have similar goals! I am always great at starting ,but fall off the wagon very quickly if I don't have motivation. My best workout years were in my 20's. A friend and I went to the gym 3 times a week and did aerobics so I felt somewhat accountable to this schedule as my friend was counting on me to workout with her. This is by far the best site I have found. I tried weightwatchers online and could not follow the points system. I don't gain weight from too many carbs, its age more than anything. When I had tried the atkins diet years ago, I gained weight from all the protein I was supposed to consume..weird hum?
