  • Hi @Annie831 and welcome to the group! I'm finishing up my first round now, how was yours? I love your attitude as well, and it sounds like you have a great support group with your husband. I'm 5'5" as well (some doctors say 5'6") and also work in an office. Feel free to add me as a friend if you want! Congrats on…
  • By the way, that person is NOT my beachbody coach. I don't have one and I'm not interested in one. I'm happy with my MFP pals, friends and family cheering me on. Autumn is my coach with this program! Lol
  • There is an optional schedule to follow and tons of Beachbody coaches have different versions out there for you to use. The optional one I'm doing has you do doubles in the third week. I'm determined to get this weight off so I'm planning on following it.
  • @jennimben Way to go!!! Super happy you're feeling good. And listen to your body - there is a difference between muscle soreness and actually pain. Just know that if you are experiencing actual pain it's okay to go a little easier on the exercises. I don't want you to hurt yourself! I did something to my right shoulder and…
  • First, good luck today with your weigh in! I know you'll see awesome results. And I completely agree with what you said about Autumn knowing what you're thinking. Today I did Lower Fix and during one of the holds, I think the Sumo Squat, I was sweating, burning and thinking about stopping early. I heard, "don't give up, I…
  • Thanks! Lol, it's fun! I've become the cheerleader of the group. Every day I send a picture with a motivational message and tell them how much I believe in them. Often I'm the one needing the reminder but it's great to feel like we're working together. The best part is we keep it fun. Yes, I will admit to jealousy hitting…
  • I'm excited and nervous to see what my changes are after Round 1. I finally found my measuring tape and am having to beat down the curiosity to see what my measurements are today. Didn't measure beyond weight at the beginning (because of lost tape) so changes, good or bad, will be from a measurement taken a month or so…

  • Is it wrong to say I'm finding a competitive spirit within me that's pushing me harder? Lol, this entire month I've been in a step challenge with my older sister and my best friend. Neither live close to me so we take snapshots of our steps for the day and send them to each other. We were to aim to crack 10,000 a day but…
  • @hummingbirdx505 Here's a blog with a TON of great recipes for 21 Day Fix. Enjoy! http://mycrazygoodlife.com/more-than-100-21-day-fix-recipes/
  • @rjpittner You look amazing!!! And good job on completing the program. When I finish this week, it will be the first time for me as well. Congrats on the amazing work!

  • @jennimben Congrats on getting through it! I'm on my doubles week (although I didn't manage both workouts yesterday I will today) and on my first week I only did modifiers. Today with Upper Body Fix I managed to do some full out, some with just modifying halfway through and there were a few pesky ones (forearm planks)…
  • @Ladybug1250 @synacious Confession time: my second job is at the Container Store. Lol, totally get great ideas from that store for organizing! Also a tip, if you want extra containers with the specific sizes like 21 DF check out their site. They have tons! I like having extra for those days when I haven't gotten around to…

  • WARNING: this will be a long post. This is for myself but also because I've had friends say that my own struggle and fight to get healthy has inspired them to get moving. At the beginning of this year I set some goals for my weight loss. There were 5: stop drinking soda, do Zumba twice a week, log every meal into MFP, see…
  • These are the eggs recipes I'm going to make up tonight for the week. I'm going to do the "Super Green" version as I bought some broccoli I'd like to use. But I've done similar egg cups and it's great to just reheat and eat! http://www.beachbody.com/beachbodyblog/nutrition/3-easy-21-day-fix-egg-cup-recipes

  • My NSV has been seeing a little more give in my waist bands. There's not much, but still some more room than there was before.
  • I love Zumba!!! The first class I went to with a coworker and I was the only one to return. Unfortunately with my two jobs it's hard to make the classes but I got the Wii U with Zumba World Party and now I do it at home. I also just got a Charge HR and can't wait to see what my calorie burn really is while doing a class.
  • I'm curious too. For other foods as well. I just got a scale this weekend to weigh other items and would like to know as, when I enter Round 2 of 21 Day Fix, I'll be more diligent with my meal plan. So what foods should you weight before cooking and what should you weigh after?
  • My fridge after meal prepping this weekend. Very easy to grab and go now! This week isn't starting off the best for me but hopefully this will help with the stress. It's my doubles week for my first round!

  • I crashed early yesterday after work so didn't do my dirty 30. Completed it this morning and I'll do yoga in a bit. But those side arm planks get me! I do the modified version but it's still hard for me to get off the ground.
  • Lately I've been doing smoothies. But usually I would have fruit, toast and peanut butter. I'm going to make up some egg cups to reheat for mornings but that's because I don't like hardboiled eggs. I have been meal prepping today. Went to the Dollar General and bought a ton of divided containers. Lol, one side is stuffed…

  • Good luck @rjpittner You'll do amazing!
  • @musicfan4life Congrats on starting the program! I'm right there with you, the first time I did Total Body Cardio Fix... actually every video has me sweating like crazy and walking with noodle legs. But you're doing it! That's what counts and you're going to enjoy seeing every little bit of progress you'll make. Welcome to…
  • Congrats @BridgeM7 !! I'm on Day 12 and have lost 3 pounds as well. It probably could have been more but I'm not sticking to the meal plan on this first round. Next round I will though! Keep up the great work! @rjpittner the burpees kill me every time! Those and the surrenders and mountain climbers. All are total body work…

  • https://www.fitbit.com/user/358F79 Got mine last night!
  • Got my FitBit Charge HR last night and was SUPER excited to use it this morning when doing Cardio Fix!!! Check out my heart rate! I love seeing the spikes and valleys, totally proves that Autumn is working you hard. That last spike? That was me attempting to do modified burpees. My arms and legs were so tired by that point…
  • @musicfan4life30 Good for you! When I first did Total Body Cardio Fix I had a hard time walking down my apartment stairs to get to work. And I modify as well! They're there for a reason so no shame! Just keep pushing when you think you can do more and you'll get where you want to be! Welcome to the team!
  • @eliseandlila I'm with you there. Haven't done my video yet today because of how tired and sluggish I've felt. But I'm promising myself I'll be doing it as soon as I get home from work. We all have those days but this group has been great on keeping up the motivation!
  • Welcome @maroro123 and @eliseandlila !
  • Today was the Upper Fix and I modified some of the exercises so my hips wouldn't start popping again. When Autumn had me doing the circle crunches, I did them on my stability ball to help my lower back. Still really worked out my core, but until I gain more strength there it helps me keep the correct form. @rjpittner Your…
