My fitness pal app ,has been helping me . The diary helps me keep on track. I'm trying to stay under 1300 calories. It helps to think of something positive about your body. Example- my legs are strong! It works for me when I start getting into , negative head space, which I struggle with as much as my weight. Best of luck.…
