I tend to sleep better when I eat before bed as long as I don't eat a ton of carbs or I will get running leg syndrome.

I have used a few online calculators to measure my ideal weight and the results vary. But I have am confident that 86.8KG is my ideal weight. That's my target at the moment. But when I reach that I know I will not be happy eating maintenance calories.

Yeah if you looked at my diary and see that I went over my calories that is because I just changed it from my maintenance calories to a weight loss of half a pound a week. That was before I was losing 1kg a week. Now I am only losing 0.25KG a week. Because to be honest I don't know if I reached my goal weight or surpassed my goal weight. I think they are good motivation for people but wouldn't use the calories burned data for MFP. If I did I would take at least 30% off the total calories burned for the inaccuracy of these devices. Better to underestimate to avoid disappointment at the scales. Just keep in mind they are not 100% accurate.

I learned to listen to my body and will eat as much as my body needs. It’s not like I'm putting my body in to starvation mode. You just got listen to your body.
