Calorie Tapering
Should cutting your calories be a gradual process? eg. Eat maintenance calories for a week and decrease your calories by 350 day for a week etc. until your reach a goal like losing 1kg week or 2 pounds.

Activity Trackers A Gimmick?
I really think that activity trackers like the FitBit are a gimmick. I done research on these devices and they are extremely inaccurate in calories burned/steps taken/heart rate monitoring while doing activities.

should I deduct calories when I exercise?
This may be a stupid question but as you know we burn calories when we sleep, just say I burn 80 calorie every hour I sleep for example. Should I deduct those calories from every hour I workout on a treadmill? Because I will be burning 80 calories even if I don't work out on the treadmill?

Do you take medication with weight-gain side-effects?
I used to take sodium valproate aka epilim and I was on that medication for 6 years and one of the main side-effects was weight-gain. I must of gained 60 to 80 pounds, I used to stuff my face.
