I started logging at the beginning of the month (after successfully logging my way down 50 lbs a few years ago) and I have gained 3 lbs this month. Following all the rules ! So if you come across anything helpful let me know!

There are workouts you can do at home. I recommend the beachbody ones. Although it is possible to lose weight without exercise it is much better to find a way to fit it in.

Friend me! I will say right now that sometimes I break it by eating a whole wheat bagel scooped out with cream cheese. For some reason that agrees with me, while other dairy and gluten sends me running to the toilet. Other that that I do paleo

I have 20 lbs to lose but I am not a high carb vegan! Totally understand if you want a high carb vegan but let me know! I mostly eat chicken, turkey, eggs and tons of veggies.

I would include healthy snacks in your day. Avocado, Fruit, Veggies etc. Apple and Almond butter is one of my favorites. I think that if you are successfully avoiding "Treats" you should stick with that.

If I plan on drinking I cut out all my snacks for the day. That usually opens up enough free calories.
