Weight loss advice needed ASAP !!!

Hi all!
I'm new to this so please be nice lol
So I ordered a prom dress, a size 12 dress specifically so I could fit into it by the time prom came around.
It arrived today and I am so in love with it, it's very lovely and I tried it on and it didn't zip up (as expected) although the corset did fit :)

So my question is what shall I do to lose weight !!? I'm a size 14/16 wanting to go to a size 12 for prom or even lower!!
I get home from school at around 5ish and revise a lot so joining gym would not be an option, I bought fitness DVDs and eat very healthily, but what can I do to make sure I reach a size 12 by June?

    Eat less than your body uses in a day. Become more active. Go for walks, runs, etc. You don't need a gym. Do not cut your calories too low or you will end up increasing the muscle you lose.

    There are workouts you can do at home. I recommend the beachbody ones. Although it is possible to lose weight without exercise it is much better to find a way to fit it in.

    I wonder as well.

    But FWIW, just eat a little less food and introduce some more activity into your daily schedule. Losing one size by June shouldn't be that much of a stretch.
