I am starting next week when my first order gets herd.

Week 6 Update Starting weight 284.4 Last week weight. 268.00 Current weight 267.00. Lost 1 lb Total weight loss 17.4 lbs. I'm happy that the scale is moving in the right direction. My clothes are getting loose. I was able to hit 10k steps on my fit bit three days this week.

Week 5 checking in.... Starting weight. 284.4 lbs Last week weight 270.00 Current weight 268.00. Lost. 2 more lbs Total weight loss 16.4 lbs I must say I was not perfect OMAD over 4th of July weekend, so I am thrilled!!!

It's Tuesday, my weigh-in day!! Week 4 Update Start weigh 284.4 Last week weight 272.00 Current weight. 270.00 Total weight loss: 14.4 lbs. So happy with the results!!

Week 2 Update Starting weight: 284.4 Last week: 277.00 Current weight: 274.00 lost 3lbs. Total weight loss: 10.4 lbs Totally estatic!! This way of eating fits my lifestyle perfectly. MFP allows me 1300 calories a day. So far so good.
