  • Thank you ryokinai :). So far, I'm off to a good start!
  • :) I'm in the same boat, but my goals are a bit smaller. I have set an initial goal of losing 15 pounds and exercising 15 - 30 minutes 5 days per week. My long term goal is to lose 40 pounds and work up to walking for an hour 5 days a week and adding some strength training (maybe weights?) 3 days per week.
