Hi! I've done MyFitnessPal before and I just didn't stick with it very long. I have a tendency to discredit anything that isn't really hard. I have been humbled, and killing myself in a gym does not lose the weight - just gain muscle and frustration. I am looking to take things more lightly, limit calories, walk 30 - 45 minutes a day, and just take it easy for a change. I want to lose 150 pounds (I can't believe I've gained so much!), and not make a mountain out of a molehill. It would be nice to have peace of mind for a change!

I'm in the same boat, but my goals are a bit smaller. I have set an initial goal of losing 15 pounds and exercising 15 - 30 minutes 5 days per week. My long term goal is to lose 40 pounds and work up to walking for an hour 5 days a week and adding some strength training (maybe weights?) 3 days per week.
