I'm starting again too

I have done this so many times, and now I'm doing it again! I want to be healthy. I have been seriously inactive for awhile, and I feel almost disabled with the amount of effort it takes me to do anything. I am staring to do some yoga and walk, in addition to eating healthier, whole foods.
I have set an initial goal of losing 15 pounds and exercising 15 - 30 minutes 5 days per week. My long term goal is to lose 40 pounds and work up to walking for an hour 5 days a week and adding some strength training (maybe weights?) 3 days per week.

Wow, good luck.
I'm not doing much exercise myself, just getting some walking in as much as I can. I suppose if you can make time each day to do your walking then that's what counts. Eating healthy is a pain but if you can do it consistently and make it a habit then power to you. I've been eating healthy for over a month now and it's easier but there's definitely times where I want to down a few zebra cakes.
