I am doing the same cycle! Just started today and I'm super excited! I'm definitely struggling with the meal plans but I am sure it will get easier as I go. I'm going with the Chris Powell approach and not counting grams just serving sizes.

My polar chest strap is always messing up! My boyfriend has one also and his is also messed up. It stops picking up the heart rate mid workout soo annoying! Kills the vibe big time!
