I keep hearing how good fiber is for weight loss. I am in need of some high fiber food ideas!

I love me some stir fry with a load of veggies for a variety of fiber sources. Oatmeal, lentils, ground flaxseed sprinkled on things like salads or soups can add extra too.

I just saved this recipe from the clean eating group: black bean soup. It's loaded with fiber and after cutting the oil from 3 to 2 tablespoons, it works out to 359 calories per serving, with 57g carbs, most of that fiber. It's a lot like a chicken chile soup I make, but this one doesn't have the chicken meat. I already know it will be delicious.

Roasted veggies. Here's one for roasted Brussels sprouts. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/roasted-brussels-sprouts-recipe2.html You can roast any veggie, and you can also roast frozen veggies.0
