Your goals are very different from mine, but there was a point where i had wanted to lose weight and ate 1200. Lost so much weight, i lost my period. Went up to 1500, gained .25 to .8 pounds a week, went up to 2500, i actually lost even more weight, and then slowly went up from there. Point is, don't be afraid to have more…

I am female, 18 years old, 5'3 100. In order for me to gain a pound a week i consume 2400 calories. I have chronic constipation, so my diet is high fiber

Luaren is right, i am currently recovering on 2500 cal, sometimes i gain 1 pound a week, sometimes .5!

Is this a dense dinner? Microwave Macoroni and cheese with 2 tblsp of butter with a chicken breast and another tblsp of olive oil, with some dark chocolate as dessert

But that is just the problem. Ive had this EVERYDAY for 3 months, and its not getting any better. I have high cal meal replacements, dense calories and i DO spread them out in the day... nothing is working and through out all of this pain, I've only managed to MAINTAIN my weight...
