what do you think of this plan?
Instead of eating the *500+ calories* throughout the day to gain weight and feel constantly stuffed, what do you think of eating normally throughout the day, and eating the extra 500 in a shake right before bed so i don't feel so full all the time. Good or bad idea?

Any smoothie recipes that can hold minumum 500 calories in one cup. I have restriction on carbs proteins or fats, but if possible, keep added sugar to a minimum. Thank you!
