Do you find it easier to eat your calories or drink them in the form of a supplement?

You mean like eating a protein bar vs drinking a protein shake?

when i am just not hungry but, still need to meet a certain amount of calories for the day, drinking them is easiest.
i actually drink most of my fruits & veggies and add hemp hearts for fat & protein regularly, find it easier to meet both my nutrients and calories this way..
Often have a AM shake meal as well, however other than maybe 2-3 times a year for 3-5 days (if needed for a certain personal reason), i would not only drink my meals everyday, the wanting to chew food feeling gets overwhelming after a couple days and it can/could lead to a bad eating day/s to me.

    This.
  • I have MFP set to gain 1lb a week. I eat back my exercise calories plus 300-700 cal surplus. I drink at least one high calorie protein shake a day. It is best way for me to keep my protein and calorie intake up.

I prefer to eat my calories, over drinking them. I want the food part
